First floor level is accessed by a spiral stair and is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The property is set in a large landscaped garden. A garden table and chairs are provided on the large private terrace. The pool 10x3.5m has a spacious paved surround with sunloungers. The pool is for the sole use of guests and the owner's family.
